—Introduction

Untuckit is an American men’s apparel company that focuses on selling shirts that are designed not to be tucked into pants, and thus redefining “Polished Casual.” They have reengineered the casual dress shirt to have the perfect untucked length so that every guy can always look his best.

—The Problem

The idea was to update Untuckit’s return+exchanges/shipping pages to something that was more visually stimulating and comprehensible. The old format (as shown below) contained a lot of information to digest for consumers and there wasn’t a strong typographical hierarchy that allowed consumers to find exactly what they were looking for. I was tasked the challenge of redesigning these pages in a more informative and pleasing manner.

—The Process

I researched about our competitors and with the inspiration I found, I created mockups and user flows to show the structure of these pages. My goal was to create a visual language that was intuitive, easy to understand, and delightful to use by guiding the user with the usage of icons.

—The Solution

The final solution is a condensed and interactive page for consumers to engage with. Based on the original design, I’ve grouped the text into concise sections so it’s easier for consumers to navigate through the page.
